How to Attend

Due to limited capacity, U.S. exhibitors must apply to attend Travel Week Canada 2026. Each organization should submit one application, and individual event attendees may be registered upon acceptance.

Application Timeline

  • May 11U.S. exhibitor organization application window opens at 9:00 a.m. ET
  • May 29U.S. exhibitor application window closes at 11:59 p.m. ET
  • June 17U.S. exhibitor organization informed of acceptance or waitlisting
  • July 24U.S. exhibitor individual event attendee registration due, if accepted
  • August 21U.S. exhibitor payment due. Attendance confirmed upon payment.

Registration fees do not include travel expenses (flights, hotels, and meals outside of business meetings).

Frequently Asked Questions

Your organization will have until Friday, July 24 to confirm intent to attend by registering individual attendees. Brand USA will bill your organization shortly thereafter, and payment must be received by Friday, August 21 to confirm your organization's attendance. Failure to complete the above steps will result in forfeiture of your spot.
If a space becomes available, you will be contacted via email with next steps.
There is a maximum of two exhibitor delegates per table, and priority will be given to table sharers. If you intend to share a table with another organization, indicate the name of that organization on your application and ensure that organization lists your organization on their application. Note that willingness to share a table does not guarantee that your application will be approved.
No. All applications received, regardless of time received during the three-week application window, will be reviewed by Brand USA between May 30 and June 16.
Yes, partners and members are encouraged to participate.
All U.S. exhibitors will meet with all Canadian buyers for trade B2B meetings on Tuesday.
U.S. exhibitors may cancel before Friday, August 21, 2026 to receive a full refund.
